About Me

My photo
Thank you for visting my blog. When I started this blog, it was just the vehicle for which I had hoped to share photos of our life in Chicagoland with our loved ones, but it has turned into so much more for me. Life is ever evolving in our household and time no longer stands still. Every moment is precious and worthy of being captured and treasured. In addition, through my love of the camera, I have had the opportunity to meet and also capture moments in others' lives. It is my hope, with this blog, that when my memory fails me, the words and photos on this blog will remind of where we were. History...Through My Glass...

happy holidays!

Hanukkah has already begun, but wanting to send our wishes out to all. We got our cards out kind of late so I didn't want to post too early. These were our cards this year:

Front of card:

Inside Spread (think: top and bottom of a folded card):
Backside:

I can truly say that it was a labor of love. I designed them from some digital paper that I got for free from Three Peas. There were no tears this year as we learned that Roan loves to be in photos, if we are in them with him.

Shelly--Thank you for visiting our blog and for the lovely note! I tried to view your blog and leave a comment, but it looks like it's by invitation only. I hope you come back more often and also to our new blog. I was looking forward to seeing some of your work and to thanking you for taking such good care of Roan. He loves school so much and I am sure that is because he is surrounded by loving and wonderful teachers. Best wishes to you!
