I did it in Jan and then fell off at week 3. Ahaa. I prefer running outdoors. Also, for couch to 5k, did you download the podcast? Some guy made weekly podcasts. I have it on my ipod and I gotta say, it helps. Maybe I'll start up again. Februa...sis, i haven't worked out for over a month. February was not my best month. I'm back on track though. i'm going to focus on strength training. i'll still do cardio on off days but i joined women on weights, meets twice a week one hour eact time. Also joined a free weights class on monday nights too. Let's just say i've gained some weight.
